Straight answers
A player record marked active in your club. A player assigned to several teams still counts once. Coaches and family accounts are not billable players.
No. Coaches, managers, administrators, committee members, practitioners, volunteers, parents and family members are unlimited and free on every plan.
Your agreement sets your player allowance. If you need more places, Billing shows the prorated cost for the rest of the billing year for you to approve. Reductions apply at the next annual review, subject to your agreed minimum; they do not create a mid-year refund.
Yes. Activate the players who will use FlickID now, then expand to the rest of the club when you are ready.
It is your club’s public hub for useful links, updates and approved public information. Academy includes the Launchpad and its template setup. Essentials customers can purchase one separately through FlickID Launchpads.
A two-year Academy commitment saves 18% and brings the rate from $55 to $45 per active player. Either way you’re billed annually in advance—there’s no lump sum. Essentials is always annual, with no multi-year commitment.
You can record non-renewal or request an early exit in Billing. FlickID reviews your agreed terms and provides an itemised settlement quote that you can accept or dispute. Submitting a request does not automatically charge the remaining contract balance.
Your club controls its member data. FlickID processes that data to provide the service, with access governed by club roles and permissions.
No. Squadi remains the source for competition fixtures and ladders; FlickID supports the wider club, player-development and operational workflow around it.
